ImagineAir, an on-demand air taxi service, announced Monday its partnership with Northeast Alabama Regional Airport to offer regional flights to cities across the Southeast directly from Gadsden.
Travelers will be able to access more than 500 regional airports from the Northeast Alabama Regional Airport through direct 1- or 2-hour flights. Travelers are able to reserve and book departure times through an ImagineAir widget on the airport’s site.
“This service will give residents of Gadsden and surrounding areas quick, convenient and affordable access to cities all across the Southeast,” said Lynda Jo Norred, vice president of business development at ImagineAir. “By partnering with Northeast Alabama Regional Airport, we’re able to provide access to business and consumer travelers in the community that might not have otherwise even considered using their local airport as a travel option.”
The partnership gives airport personnel the ability to help travelers reserve their flights. Additionally, flight information can be found online at the Northeast Alabama Regional Airport website, www.nealair.com.
